From Move & Study to On the move

Born in Brussels, our agency started life as Move & Study, sending hundreds of students on language stays around the world.

Over the years, our expertise grew. Schools trusted us with their trips; companies sent us their teams. Today, school trips and educational travel are at the heart of what we do.

So we became On the move - a name that reflects the full breadth of our work, and our promise to keep every traveller moving forward.

Our trips are designed to combine language learning, cultural immersion, local discovery and smooth logistics. From transport and accommodation to activities, visits and on-site coordination, every programme is built around the needs of the group.

He's the strategist behind the scenes, focused on vision, structure and financial balance. Always happy to welcome new money (and noticeably less enthusiastic about letting it go), he makes sure every project stands on solid ground.
When he's not at the office, he's usually thinking about the next trip or the next idea to make things work even better.

Head of Individual Programmes

Véronique is our individual travel expert and is always ready to help young people in search of their next adventure. Whether it's a Working Holiday in Canada or a gap year in Australia, she will always find the option that suits them best.
Outside of work, she enjoys a good cup of coffee in the sun.

Head of Groups

She is the maestro behind our group projects. Multilingual and full of energy, she responds to partners and clients faster than a cup of coffee can cool down.
Outside the office, she swaps emails for family time or adventures around the world.

Marketing Manager

The creative mind behind our marketing and communication. From social media and digital campaigns to new ideas and strategies, Antoine is always looking for ways to bring Move & Study and On the Move to life.
Passionate about creativity and innovation, he's constantly exploring new ideas to inspire people to discover the world.

Project Manager

Passionate about youth projects and travel, Coline is our creative spirit, always striving to design truly out-of-the-box travel experiences for her groups.
When she is not in the office, she enjoys planning her own adventures and organising trips for herself and her friends.
Yelena

Project Manager

She is the youngest member of our team, yet already brings extensive experience in dedicated trip organisation, along with an unconditional passion and deep expertise in Korea. Her dream? To design and curate your perfect journeys to her country of the heart.
When she's not working, you'll find her immersed in a Freida McFadden novel or enjoying her vinyl record collection.

Meet Léna, a whirlwind of energy with classic Aries vibes! With experience across all sorts of organisations, she's a true citizen of the world. Having grown up with a mix of cultures, she loves diving into conversations about the beauty and richness of our planet.

With a background in graphic design, she brings responsible practices into her work whenever possible and helps raise the team's awareness of environmental issues.
Outside the office, she goes kitesurfing in the Netherlands whenever the wind picks up. Passionate about sport and nutrition, she is also actively committed to promoting animal welfare.

Detail-oriented and multilingual, Karolina brings energy, precision and a genuine commitment to making sure every project runs smoothly. She enjoys working closely with partners to ensure everything comes together seamlessly.
In her free time, she recharges through walking and jogging, using movement as a source of creativity and reflection.

Sometimes described as the calm and steady one, she approaches every project with a positive attitude and an eye for detail. But don't be fooled by her composed nature: the moment she shuts down her computer, she can turn into a real ball of energy!
